Colin Sloss

Colin brings more than 37 years of experience in the civil contracting industry across New Zealand, with extensive involvement in roading, drainage, and traffic management operations. He has previously owned and operated successful civil contracting businesses that incorporated temporary traffic management, providing a strong understanding of how traffic management integrates with construction delivery.

From 2013 to 2022, Colin held the role of General Manager for JFC Ltd.’s South Island operations, where he was responsible for overseeing project delivery, planning, programming, and operational performance across a range of civil works.

Colin focuses on aligning cost estimating, planning, and programming with client specifications, while identifying practical, “best for project” solutions. He places strong emphasis on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and building positive working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
